Most of our credit card transactions are processed through Payment Express which is the largest Payment Gateway in Australasia and is fully certified as Visa AIS and Mastercard SDP (PCI DSS) Compliant, ensuring end-to-end accountability. Payment Express hosts and manages the payment page, which is secured by its own SSL (security) certificate. We also offer payment through Paypal or laybuy.com

Your credit card details are not seen or retained by Instep. As soon as your credit card transaction has processed through one of the payment providers, your card details are deleted automatically from our system.  In the event that a customer wishes to add to an order, we will need to seek card details at this point, as we do not have access to the customer’s card details from the original purchase they put through the website. We can however process a payment manually on the payment express site via our secure log in.

Credit card refunds

We do not need to seek a customers card number to process a refund. We can log in to the secure providers website, find the customer’s payment transaction, and process a refund against this transaction – all without being able to see the customer’s credit card number. Laybuy.com refunds are only processed after communication by us direct with them.

Internet Banking

If you wish to pay by internet banking please contact us and we will give you our bank account details.

Privacy

We value your privacy. We do not share details that are collected with third parties. When you make a purchase or sign up to our mailing list we collect your name, email address and phone number.
